Katara Design 01

Just a quick sketch of a potential Katara design. One of the issues not pushed in the animation because it saves money is the fashion of the characters. But here we are not limited by that budget so the characters can have new fashion every chapter if we want and we do so here is one sketch of something. I looked at some Inuit fashion that I am loving right now too!!!
